Kauai Fruit Salad

This salad brings Hawaii to your home. Make it in the cool of morning, and serve it in the heat of the day for lunch or dinner. I learned how to make it at Kilohana Plantation in Lihue, Kauai. My video provides some tips on cutting up the pineapple.
1 pineapple (of course, a sweet Maui-grown pineapple is choice)
1 papaya (I love the sunrise variety of papaya)
2 bananas (on Kauai you can get the superior apple banana)
Cut up in similar-sized pieces.
handful of mint, chopped fine
Sprinkle on the mint, squeeze on the lemon. Mix gently.
