From the recipe box of travel writer Carole Terwilliger Meyers.
This simple recipe is inspired by the serendipity of having both a happy mint bush and a thriving Meyer lemon tree in my back yard. Their produce adds refreshing flavor to water. In warm weather, I try to always keep a pitcher of this in my refrigerator. I recommend drinking it up within a few days, as it can get bitter after that.
fresh mint, several sprigs
lemon, several slices
Place in bottom of a clear pitcher.
Add. Refrigerate, and let sit for a few hours. Serve.
