This dresses up strawberries into a lovely dessert. I have made it a little more decadent by subbing in chocolate pudding for the yogurt.
Using a paring knife, carve out the stem and middle of each strawberry.
½ small banana
3 Tbl. yogurt (vanilla is tasty, but unflavored also works)
Mash the banana in a bowl with a fork and mix in the yogurt. Fill the center of each strawberry with this mix.
1 Tbl. sliced almonds
Pat onto top.
